Placing an order

• What you confirm

  Submitting an order confirms that the checkout information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method chosen.

• Review before fulfilment

  Orders may be looked at before they are fulfilled.

• When we may decline

  An order can be declined or cancelled where it is reasonably necessary — suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, technical error, legal restrictions or another legitimate operational reason.

• Price and total

  Product prices, applicable shipping charges, discounts, taxes where they apply, and the final total are displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.

• Payment

  Available methods appear at checkout. Orders depend on successful authorisation and on applicable fraud or security checks.

About the products

We aim to describe products accurately. Small differences in appearance can still occur through screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variation or comparable reasonable factors.

Genuine pricing, description, stock or technical errors may be corrected once identified. Where an error materially affects an order already submitted, we explain it and offer the resolution available.

Processing and delivery

Returns, refunds and cancellation

• Returns — eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
• Refunds — approved refunds go back to the original payment method and are generally processed within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
• Cancellation — requests should reach us promptly, before fulfilment starts. We make a reasonable effort to honour eligible requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment or shipment has begun. No cancellation fee applies where an order is successfully cancelled before fulfilment.
• Damaged or wrong items — where something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, contact us with your order information and photographs or video where appropriate. We review the circumstances and provide a reasonable replacement, refund or return solution.

Promotions

Promotional offers can carry eligibility requirements, expiry dates, product restrictions or other conditions. Those conditions are presented alongside the promotion itself.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law that applies.
